Roland CR-78 (fully analog)

We've seen several CR-78 but the worst ever needed a full restoration and replacement of a totally destroyed (digital) mainboard due to heavy battery leakage. The destroyed board is a good example to show what may happen if  old batteries don't get replaced in time. It's a great classic analog Rhythm Machine and one of the first using a microprocessor providing 34 preset rhythm patterns that can even be combined and modified with variations and self programmable patterns. It offers 14 analog drum tones which could be tweaked/modified to a certain extend internally. With every unit we had so far we installed the tubbutec Midi interface that is a great enhancement to this drum machine as it gives you full Midi control over it. Need an Offer?

Roland CR-68 (fully analog)

this is the little brother of the above CR-78. It provides the same analog drum sounds and rhythm patterns, but is not programmable at all. It still provides some goodies with breaks & fills, and fully adjustable accent. The CR-68 is a great candidate to add a Midi interface. Trough that you get everything you want by triggering the fully analog drum sounds from your external midi sequencer. As with the above CR-78 It offers 14 analog drum tones which could be tweaked/modified to a certain extend internally. Need an Offer?

elektron machine drum (digital)

The Machinedrum is an advanced drum synthesizer. It will synthesize analog sounds from "classic" drum machines and/or you may create totally new electronic drum sounds not heard before. As this is a "newer" device, market entry in 2001, it comes with full Midi implementation.

The units we got so far just needed some repair of defect LEDs, switches and broken/bad pots and plugs.  Keep it in shape... it's worth it. Need an Offer?

Oberheim DX (sample based/analog filter)

a real classic from 1982. The DX is a smaller version of the classic DMX drum machine and provides "only" 18 drum sounds instead of 24 with the DMX. Programming is mostly the same as with the DMX. Quite easy to operate.
Midi was not available back in 1982 but can still be implemented.
The combination of sample based drum sounds with analog (CEM) filtering provides for some great drum sounds. We can also provide custom made Eproms with different or personal samples to be used instead of the roginal ones, by burning the respective Eproms to be inserted. Power Supply (dead or overheating), Faders (hard going/noisy) and Switches (false triggering) are often an issue. We had defect CEM-Chips in the past . But all of that and more we can fix. The 6 individual outputs are of great help in the studio to shape the sound perfectly fit a mix. Need an Offer?
