Below you will find a selection of Roland Synths in the priority of quantities received so far (popular ones first) for repair and moding (e.g. Midi Interfaces).
Sometimes, we get heavy damaged, dirty, rotten Synths that may get to expensive for a risky repair and if customers agree to leave them with us in case we fail we will still try to repair them. Till now, we got them all back...
A classic and along with the JUNO-6 we often receive them for getting them back to shine. One of the first Polysynths from Roland. Still affordable prices. It originally lacks Midi but we often fix that with a well know Midi Kit (JUNO-66 from tubbutec) that will extend the JUNO's functionality with new features. If you want to know more, go to our manual area and read the JUNO-66 midi manual. Faders are a main problem area. We can give each fader a full restoration treat to get them back to smooth operation (not just spraying around with all kinds of chemicals that make things even worse after a short while...) Here you can find our fader report, worth reading.
The first Jupiter Synth. 4 Voice polyphonic that could be synced together for one
fat monophonic lead. It provides a great arpeggiator. Only provides 8 storing locations for your own sounds. The 10 fix presets are not of much use ...
and of course there is no Midi originally but we will fix that for you if desired.
The Jupiter may be rather a challenging Synth if it comes for service. Faders are quite robust and we rarely get real defect ones. Tuning and calibrating sometimes is a bit a challenge and you should give it a moment to warm up before playing it.
